JP Property Associates was founded by Jereme Pung, a multidisciplinary professional with expertise spanning across business strategy, entrepreneurship, legal knowledge, and real estate investments. With a strong track record across multiple industries, he brings a unique combination of commercial acumen, high-value transaction experience, and strategic insight.
 

Jereme first established himself in Singapore’s real estate industry as a top performing realtor, consistently ranking among the Top 5% of agents nationwide. He has been featured in multiple media outlets including Channel News Asia (CNA), 938FM, Yahoo News, and EdgeProp, and has been invited to participate in dialogues with governmental leaders on real estate policies andhousing issues inter alia.

Over the course of his career, he has successfully brokered property transactions exceeding SGD 200 million in combined value, advising clients across residential, commercial, and investment portfolios.

Beyond real estate, Jereme is a serial entrepreneur, having successfully co -founded and exited numerous ventures across various industries. One of which, a tech start up (“Company”), where he led the Company from ground-up as Chief Growth Officer. During his tenure, Jereme led the Company in developing systems, go-to-marketing strategy, and assisted the Company to secure multiple MOU and strategic collaborations both with private and governmental partners, ultimately growing the Company to achieve a post-money valuation cap of USD 8-Figures from retail and institutional investors in seed funding.

Separately, Jereme trained under a prominent law firm for 2 years, focusing on corporate and commercial law, where he was exposed to complex cross border matters involving mergers & acquisitions, start-up, regulatory advisory, licensing and compliance, and Business-as-Usual. Through his extensive track records and experience, Jereme provides a true multidisciplinary framework in his repertoire.
