Responsibilities:

• Handling of Real Estate Salesperson scopes for our valued clients. Scopes includes conducting of viewings, handling of administrative paper works,  reviewing of documents, and facilitating transactions.

• Provide feedback & reports of groundworks stated above

• Responsible & contribute towards our clients and JP Property Associates of upholding high quality and professional services.

Requirements:

• Min Real Estate Salesperson Certificate. Diploma / Degree in Real Estate or equivalent.

• Strong agent and clients' network preferred.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Resourceful, self-motivated and articulate

• Possess good negotiation skill

• Achievement driven and a good team player
